Scope of investment project:	Deposit is able to provide raw materials for production of three main concentrates – leykocksene, rutile and zirconium.
Basic products of enterprise (list of goods, services)	Result of the activity will be high-quality titanium and zirconium raw materials, which have constant demand at world market. Deposit’s advantage is high content of titanium oxide.
Personnel presence, number of workplaces	Qualified specialists in ore-dressing sphere are working on the project. After setting a complex into operation about 300 workplaces will be created.
Investment project implementation level:	Deposit prospecting and pre-project preparation have been made. Business plan is being developed, project is being prepared to start.

For what the costs will be used	Equipment for deposit and complex according to project documentation.
Method (form) of attraction of investments:	Selling 25% of stocks to an investor for finishing of preparing and project stages. Main need for financing will be satisfied by borrowing.
Conditions for investor	It is offered to enter to membership of owners by buying 25% of stocks of the company.
