| Advantages and disadvantages, risks | Advantage: delivery of an object concurs with EURO-2012, low number of hotels 5*, tourism development in Ukraine, authorities support. Also a need for development of golf infrastructure in Ukraine appears because holding of tournaments and championships in golf of international level is planned. This project is one of objects of infrastructure which are in the list of preparation of Ukraine for Euro-2012 and is under the supervision of Administration of the President of Ukraine, Ministry of Economics and Regional State Administration of Kyiv Region. Disadvantages: Impossibility of receiving profits on building stage, small experience of Ukrainian architects in construction of hotels of 5* class and golf fields, need for involvement of consultants and international operators. |
