| Basic products of enterprise (list of goods, services) | Park-estate complex of baron fon Mekk is associated with history of three great families, which left a mark in history of Russian Empire as well as in world culture – fon Mekk, Davydov and Tchaikovskiy. Reconstruction of the park-estate complex stipulates complete restoration of XIX century atmosphere. In the network of the project baron fon Mekk’s estate will be revived with chamber music salon of P.Tchaikovskiy, a theatre for 500 persons will be built and used for conferences holding, for concerts, cultural events. It is planned to make a singing field for holding massive festival activities. A 5-stars hotel for 50 persons will be built in architectural style of that epoch. Dozens of small architectural forms will be reproduced in details on the territory of park-estate complex. |

| Advantages and disadvantages, risks | Advantages: growth of need of population for cultural leisure, revival of cultural monuments, interest in the land’s culture, tourism development in Ukraine. This project is one of objects of infrastructure which are in the list of preparation of Ukraine for Euro-2012 and is under the supervision of Administration of the President of Ukraine, Ministry of Economics and Regional State Administration of Kyiv Region. Disadvantages: Impossibility of receiving of profits on a stage of construction, but for costs of Maecenas and with authorities’ support building of the estate of baron fon Mekk is possible. |
